About Us

Danric Lodge is a magnificent equestrian property set within picturesque surrounds of the NSW Southern Highlands. We offer customised care to the racehorse industry for spelling and rehabilitation.

The property offers great elevation and altitude of around 730m above sea-level, with nicely undulating hills. The paddocks are pasture improved and offer an abundance of high quality grass, all year round. Our water is also top quality, being clean, contaminant-free and rich in minerals. The location is one of peace and tranquility for your horses.

The property was previously used by Rick Worthington of Worthington Racing, one of the best trainers and horse breakers in the industry, and is a purpose-built breaking-in, pre-training and spelling facility with well-maintained pastures and paddocks.

Danric Lodge still aims to reflect Rick’s motto 'excellence without compromise'.

The property’s infrastructure is extensive and includes many stables and individual grassed day yards with shelters. It also has holding bays, large grass paddocks, 1100m sand and grass race tracks, starting gates and round yards. There is also a horse walker and swimming facility, feed room, tack room, treatment room and wash bays.
